What happens next

How a pickup works,
start to finish

Once you schedule, a driver comes to your door on the day you picked and collects your laundry in any bag you have. It rides to our plant on Avalon Blvd in Los Angeles, where every order is washed separately with toxin-free, eco-friendly detergent, then pressed, fluffed and folded by hand.

Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. Wash and fold is priced by the pound, dry cleaning by the piece, and monthly subscriptions waive the delivery fees entirely. You get a text when the driver is on the way back, and your laundry is returned sorted and ready to put away.
